Ingredients
Fried Onion, Dry Coconut, Poppy Seeds, Onion, Ginger, and Garlic, Chili Powder, Turmeric Powder, and Coriander Powder, Cumin Powder, Garam Masala and a few Herbs and Spices.
Directions
- Take 500 gm of paneer/ Vegetables / Egg/ Chicken/ Mutton.
- Take 150 gm of Nagpur Saoji Gravy Powder.
- Add 100 gm of curd
- Marinate for 30 minutes
- Add oil or ghee and the marination in the vessel and cook for 15 minutes (For Vegetables) and 45 minutes (For Meat) on low flame.
