  • Fried Onion, Dry Coconut, Poppy Seeds, Onion, Ginger, and Garlic, Chili Powder, Turmeric Powder, and Coriander Powder, Cumin Powder, Garam Masala and a few Herbs and Spices.


  • Take 500 gm of paneer/ Vegetables / Egg/ Chicken/ Mutton.
  • Take 150 gm of Nagpur Saoji Gravy Powder.
  • Add 100 gm of curd
  • Marinate for 30 minutes
  • Add oil or ghee and the marination in the vessel and cook for 15 minutes (For Vegetables) and 45 minutes (For Meat) on low flame.
